Adreiana Nicole Wilkinson died November 13, 2023, after a long battle with diabetes. She was 15 years old, Adreiana was born on January 7, 2008, to Lilly Zellars and Andre Wilkinson in Augusta, Georgia. She was a member of Faith Tabernacle Outreach Ministries.
Adreiana also known as “Pooh”, was an all-around amazing person! She lived in Lincolnton, Georgia with her mom. She attended Lincoln County High School as a 9th grader whose favorite subject was math. She loved all shades of blue.
Pooh was a fitting nickname because she loved everybody, she encountered just as Winnie the Pooh loved his honey. She was a kind person, always giving out hugs, and lighting up any room with that big smile that lived on her face unless she wasn’t feeling well. She loved the younger kids, and they loved her back. Pooh had a way with the kids. She was never afraid to get on their level no matter how young or small a child was. I don’t think she ever met a child that didn’t burst with excitement when she entered the room. She was very passionate about the game of basketball and never wanted to miss a game or practice because that was her constant. She also enjoyed dining out, going places, spending time with family, dancing, being silly and just having a good time.
Adreiana survived by her mother, Lilly, her father Andre, two sisters, Ashley and DeAndrea, a brother, Demarcus, two nieces Aysha and Leaja, and three nephews, Jontavous, Teric and Zayden. She leaves behind a special cousin Freda, a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. She also leaves behind an amazing support system that didn’t hesitate to check in on her, which includes but not limited to Mrs. Elosie, Booker T. Elam Jr., Mrs. Ann Stokes, Madison Terry, Coach Jackson, and other Lincoln County School staff members to name a few.
